Looking for Bid Manager with Minimum 5 years’ experience in bidding with Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Tech savvy, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, word, excel, PowerPoint, online
meetings and internet.
• Knowledge of bid portals, Government e-Tendering, e-procurement; registrations &
compliances thereto.
• Good analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities.

Bid Manager Responsibilities:
• Identifying opportunities for bid submissions and raising them with the bid management
team.
• Surf for tenders and bid opportunities on online portals as well as offline through tender
& newspaper publications / announcements.
• Government e-tendering and e-procurements – Vendor Registrations & compliances
• Prospective Clients Vendor Registration & compliances. Vendor compliances to be
submitted to the Clients
• Laisse with existing & prospective Clients for RFP
• Analyse the tender documents and understand the needs of the Client
• Attend bid related meetings, vis-à-vis, pre-bid, tender openings, Client briefings
• Planning bid preparation to ensure that deadlines are met
• Coordinate and list out key points with Management & Business Development Team to
include in the bid.
• Meet bid compliances, requirements, submissions and timelines
• Evaluate, organise, coordinate & arrange Tender fees, EMD and guarantees as required
• Compiling the bid documents and ensuring all submissions as required and within
timelines
• Drawing persuasive and detailed proposals.
• Arrange & coordinate Site inspection & surveys before bid/proposal submission
• Rate analysis and propose financial bids for management approval. Coordinate with the
inhouse Procurement Department for material source, cost of materials, etc.
• Ensuring that the bid is accurate and delivered on time.
• Keeping track of all costs and managing budgets.
• Working closely with Management, Business Development Team, Procurement &
Finance Depts.
• Follow-up and keep track of proposals submitted and bid openings
• Conducting team briefings once bids have been secured. Help smooth inhouse
documentation and transition from bid to order.
• Update and keep a database of all quotes and MIS for bids & proposals submitted,
envisaged and way forward
• Organize and help update the Company profile, brochure and literature to be submitted
along with proposal/quotes/bids.
